One of the best things I did in 2020 was getting my granddaughter, Kiley, signed up with Lauren and Raegan from Freedom Fitness. These two former softball players definitely know how to be personal trainers. They, for sure, know what a softball player needs to succeed. It's nice to see that they explain what the exercise is and what it's going to do for them. I would highly recommend them to not only softball players, but anyone looking for a personal trainer. They are both fantastic.

Over the last few years, there has been an increase in athlete injuries in almost every high school and collegiate sport. All the data seems to point to a lack of training, inadequate training, or imbalances in athletes. Proper training can help avoid most of these injuries. When we work with athletes, we train them for their specific sport, position, and goals. Our focus is on agility, speed, strength, conditioning, mobility, and sport-specific movements. We understand that every athlete is different and are sure to cater our training programs to the individual’s exact needs. Our goal is to have athletes operating to the best of their abilities.
